Ece Erbil’s works explore the concept of 'home,' examining its ephemeral and impermanent nature. By building a dialogue between personal and collective memory, her works serve as an archive for shared experiences, integrating stories within the walls, objects, and spaces represented. Each piece acts as a living archive, where the abstracted representation of familiar domestic objects and settings invites viewers to project their narratives and memories, highlighting the transient essence of home as both a physical space and a psychological state.
